Improved Performance - Nero Recode

Nero 12.5 takes even better advantage of GPGPU hardware encoding in Nero Recode.  

The auto driver detection is set to default to the GPGPU device, making the encoding process 

much faster.  You will see the difference in speed and quality when you use Nero Recode.
